What does the name "Green Logic" mean to us?

Green:  is fresh ideas, a new approach, using the latest technologies, using less energy, cost effective, and providing economical evironmentally friendly solutions.

Logic:  is truth, reasoning, ladder logic, program logic, and used in the decision making process. Logic is the tool for distinguishing between the true and the false.

The above definitions are the driving force behind all of the services provided by Green Logic.  We will strive to provide the most energy efficient, customer driven, logical solution to your material handling problems while keeping cost as low as possible.  No project is too large or too small for our engineers.

Ronnie Whaley, President

In 2009, after years of working as a controls engineer for a major systems Integrator in the material handling industry, Ronnie decided to start Green Logic, Inc.  Ronnie started his controls engineering career
after receiving his BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia in 1999.  Now a senior engineer, Ronnie has extensive experience with Allen Bradley Control Logix, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, RS Networx, RS Linx, SoftLogix 5800, Panelviews, and AutoCad.  Recent projects included experience with Accu-Sort barcode scanners, Sick barcode scanners, Datalogic barcode scanners, Print and Apply, high speed shoe sorters (600FPM), pop-up sorters, tilt tray sorters, VFD controlled merges, servo gap optimizers, Allen Bradley Powerflex drives, Profibus DP Master/Slave, EtherNet/IP, and all of Allen Bradley communication networks.  Ronnie is experienced in control system design and device layouts using AutoCAD.  He also has extensive experience with onsite commissioning, remote customer support, and electrical troubleshooting.  Ronnie has managed, designed, and programmed several very large systems with more than 200 motors and several miles of conveyor. These projects included high speed shoe sorters, high speed VFD controlled merges, MDR Pick and Pass, MDR Sorters, MDR Accumulation, presorts, and more than 40 barcode scanners.
